Plot is similar to D. H. Lawrence book.

With few changes and some useless characters, the story of KRPKAB is very similar to "Sons and Lovers by D. H. Lawrence. The Novel was very intense from the start to finish. A Very Possessive mother, a son who cannot decide, etc etc.

Everybody must read this 'Sons and Lovers'. A very good novel.

You mean Gertude and Walter as Neha and Ranveer...Paul and Mariam as Dev and Sonakshi?? Hmmm...now that you have said ... ...yes we have strong mother there were the sons are so attached to their mom that they cant find that complete satisfaction in the love that they find...some how want to get back to their mom..

All the while never related this serial to that book...makes sense ...nice observation ⭐️

I am now absolutely positive! of course, if they follow it to the dot, then it will be a flop show in India.. to dark in many contexts.. but reflects reality..

they also have a married and interesting character called Clara, who is sexually hyperactive and she induces Paul into all kinds of stuff.. it was a disastrous relationship. Just imagine if they show this of Dev.. the whole fandom will go crazy!!

Does that mean a sad ending for Devakshi?

Ofcourse thats written with an old English culture as the back drop. An old English classic agreed . But what matters and similar - is the presence of narcissist mother. Such mom's mentally coach their kids to such an extant that they tend to take decisions based on their mothers thought process ... I think this is what is happening with Dev too... He is seeing both his mom and Sona on the same platform...but that isnt rt ..its a sin..he is totally confused😕.. if you all remember the scene after Neha's wedding , he sits on the ground and keeps his head on Sona's lap just the way he does it with his mom when he is emotionally weak or sad., The kiss on the forehead - at the restaurant on Sona's head and then on his mom's head after his mom agrees to their relationship...the body language he uses most of the time with both of them is so similar...the relationship shown with Sona is more emotional ..

He needs to differentiate betwn the two...which he is not able to do...probably the jealous angle will bring that much required difference in Dev and Sona...all the while we have complained them not showing the need to be close...lack of passion...Probably the third angle will show Sona despising the new persons closeness to her and wanting ONLY Dev...and Dev jealous wanting ONLY Sona...

we never know !! All in the hands of CV😆...they play the god here so ...cant say much..

Sad ending then these ppl will loose fans ( count me ..i dont want Sona and Dev to be separated ) which will eventually affect TRP and sponsors too ..towards the end of the day ...this is entertainment with commercial value..so I dont think so ...but if its based on that book...a lot of twist and turns ...more of a roller coaster ride to suite the Indian back drop will be there.

Let us not get into conclusion...let us hope for the best and be prepared for the ride...after all we have forum,FB and twitter to voice our opinion politely 😊😉
