It is a very messy kind of a situation to just land up with all family in tow ...now I am not too sure if it was only RR at home at that time and later on Ishwari / Mamaji came in but I feel this could have been handled a little better.

There is nothing to hide of course but I don't think it is ok to pay a surprise visit just like that ...even if you wanted to check randomly , the parents could have gone alone ...why take in Dadi , Saurav, Elena etc too...the whole family for a surprise visit...come on ... u have got to be kidding me ...it is looking like a hurried action sorry . Bijoy said they wanted to know more about the family she has chosen for herself so Im guessing they would have wanted to meet / greet Ishwari / Dev etc. ...but if they were wanting to cross check the family and catch them unaware then why take everyone along ??? Their action does not serve the purpose they thought it would serve for me at least !

If this scene has been inserted for the sole purpose of Asha having conflicting thoughts then it is a different thing all together but even then this could have been brought out in some other way !!

I just don't appreciate them going uninformed !!

They dont want to inform sona as they dont want any false pretenses. I am sure asha suspects that sona is not respected in that family.. If they tell sona the she will maje sure dev is around and prepare everything... This they are doing for their daughters good..they have seen too many instances in the past ever since sona started working for dixit.. Where she came home with tears and even tried to quit the job multiple times..

Thats the diff between two families.. One operates as afamily and other operates as seperate individuals.
Here so what if boses took the whole family to devs house. Sona must have told them that ishwari agreed and everything is green on the otherside... Besides elena went to devs house more than once... And saurav made the house deals with dev...
So nothing wrong in taking them along if sona already told them all is good in dixit house...

If dev can make a surprise vosit to ranveers house then So can boses

I saw that part in seg.She was upset on her family for the surprise visit.Lets wait n see the epi.Will Sona speak about GKB taunt or Asha will bring that issue.What will be Sona's answer to that.

The dialogue Sona said to Dev.Don't take me for granted.She should keep that in mind n should not allow GKB to take her for granted n also her family.

She advised Dev to share everything.In relation we need to share bitter things also.Then only relation will be complete.Sona need to follow this n say to Dev reg this incident.

I havent seen the segment but just read the WU. My first & foremost doubt is: did something prompt this sudden visit? Did Asha or Bijoy sense something amiss?

Initially I was thinking that what sort of a first impression will the Bose's make on the Dixit's by showing up at their place unannounced? But then why must always the girls family be so bothered about first impressions? The guy's family needs to think about that too & in this case the Dixit's failed spectacularly. The Bose going to meet the Dixits is a bit unusual yes, but not worth of what all RR will say for sure🤢 For an educated person, the way RR talks, screams, speaks...every single word will make an educated person cringe in horror. She is any educated, cultured person's worst nightmare🤢 And if Ishwari keeps mum through all this the Bose's are going to have a poor impression of her as well...and maybe class her as another uneducated person from the Dixit household. Earlier Ishwari allowed RR to insult Sona because Nanand over nutrition...OK (not OK, but chalo thike). But now the would - be samdhis & bahu cannot be placed below RR by Ishwari. They are RR's equal or even more important since this woman holds your son's heart.

I want Dev & Ishwari both to realize that money isnt everything. I want Ishwari to realize that her son maybe rich but there are people out there for whom his money & status are secondary. She should realize that the Bose are the sort of people who would be impressed by Dev's struggle to reach where he is today & NOT by the money in his bank account. They will appreciate his journey more than his destination. They will reject her son if they find that he is incapable of keeping their daughter happy & more importantly if they feel he is unable to get her the respect she deserves as his wife & as a human being. Let Ishwari realize that her behaviour puts her son in a very awkward & embarrassing position, that her silence can lead to Dev's insult at the Bose's place eventually, that she is responsible for putting her son in such a situation.

Also like Dev says his mom is very important to him I am dying for Sona to make a similar declaration to him & his family about her own family.

So they must not think anything would go wrong.. They wanted to surprise and see if the reality is same as sona painted.. Unfortunately it is not

True that, Bose family are simple people..and they assume that the Dixits are as welcoming as them.

But this doesn't change the fact that the visit was a very formal one. . For a formal purpose. They didn't just go to have a candid chat with the Dixits. So, If they actually intend to know about the family, they should have informed someone, atleast Sona, so that they ensure that they actually meet someone from the family.

Giving them a surprise wouldn't be so awkward (or overwhelming If I may say?) for Ishwari as well. . If only the elders of the family went. Seeing the entire family come over definitely hints at marriage talks. . Even if they didn't go for it..and It will be shocking to Ishwari because she wasn't mentally prepared for it. The suddenness of events will not let her take control of her emotions.

The Bose should understand the practical mannerisms, it is not a good idea to surprise people who have never properly interacted with you before.😊

I never meant that Dev shouldn't tell his mother claiming his love for Sonakshi or for marrying her... I am thoroughly waiting for the time he finally, legally and socially makes her his...

I just meant it from Sonakshi's family's pov... How would they be able to give away their daughter to the people who need to understand and respect her for the girl she is...

I know how much ever you try, somewhere or the other a girl has to face in her in-law's place... But that shouldn't become her habit na... What wrong has that girl done to deserve such a behaviour from GKB and Ishwari ji...

That is what BALANCING is talked about... How will Dev balance both the women's sides...😳😃

Again i see ur pov. But this is not thier first encounter with ishwari. Remember ishwari came to see sona in the hospital and also sonas family came for nehas wedding.. It is a bit over but i can understand it and dont see anything is wrong with it. I am sure they just came to see their family...

Besides you and know how eccentric dixit family is . It is high time bose family knows that and do some damage control and make sure thier daughter is not taken for granted

The surprise visit was not bad at all. If Dev was a successor of an influential, upper class family I guess things would have been different, at least all his family members would be educated in an elite settings and would know how to deal with people, treat their guests, but the Dixits story is from the rags to riches, they are the one who grew up in poor neighborhoods, have no class, so that was totally expected from RR. Sona should stand up for her family instead of getting angry with them. At least she should learn it from the guy she love, how important his mom and his family is to him and how they are never wrong, no matter what.

I think it's high time Sona starts to put her family as top priority. And for that she needs to put her foot down and not be a silent spectator while her family is being insulted.

Yes maybe the Bose family should not have arrived unannounced but regardless of that anybody from the Dixits has no right to insult them like that. I have no expectations from Dev even if he does find out. I would appreciate if Sona supports her family just like they always support her in every decision of hers. I hope she does give it back to RR in the presence of the Dixits later but it doesn't seem like she will.

Sona please don't let you love make you so blind. Your family is truly a gem, and you need to think abut them now too... big time! !!

Surely after this sona will get a dose from asha... I am confident she will pass it on to dev with interest 😆. He should know that even if sona is trying to ignore gkbs bullshit. She wont tolerate it if her fanily is insulted
