I think its two.

One he dropped outside Sona's place at night and one he gave to Sona while she started crying after Neil's truth was out.

It is two. First one : late night coffee meeting she picked the hand kerchief that was on the floor.

Second one Dev himself gave it to her after catching her lie about her fake boyfriend when she cried. She never returned it.😆
