👏👏👏 As usual!
Firstly, you are not posting as often as I would like I am too lethargic to make posts (no SAC to drive me any more 😉) and there are some wonderful writers here who say everything that I want to say! So, I will wait for more posts from you 😊

You have nailed all of Dev's expressions so beautifully - and that is one thing I love about this show. If you look at it, the basic concept is very simple and not really one that can make a 5-day soap. However, It is those teeny weeny emotions they portray that make it so real for me. It is like they tear down to the very core of every character and capture even the fleeting thoughts that go across their minds.

The past few days, there has been a lot of bashing going on from one character to another - I too have felt like doing the same sometimes - but end of the day I feel life and people are never perfect and sometimes communication and the lack of it can make all the difference - positive and negative. Dev's hesitation, Sona's reactions, and even Ishwari's melodrama - I found it all very understandable. Real life is like this; real people do behave like this! Sometimes very simple things get very complicated due to what we feel, what we express and what we cannot. I think the writers and actors are doing a fab job in this phase.

I am not obsessed with this show as I was with another 😳 but I love watching the interplay of emotions here and to keep things interesting with just this much - they really deserve 👏👏👏

Do keep posting Suvi - it's always such a treat to read 🤗

Ria - 😡 you are saying you are lethargic and complaining about me not making enough posts in the same breath!! 😡😆

Exactly. And it's done so naturally too. We connect with the characters. Partly because they are close to reality and partly because the actors bring the characters close to us.

True. It all boils down to understanding and communication. A couple of scenes actually reminded me of my brother's marriage (needless to say love marriage) 😆

I rarely get obsessed unless they are the characters of my stories. But yes, I do enjoy a good story, especially when the actors are this good.

Do keep posting Suvi - it's always such a treat to read 🤗

Beautifully put. Loved your words. I need to watch and savor. Reading your lines has made me feel as if I had watched the scean.

I could feel Dev's dilemma . I have seen my cousin brother, a qualified surgeon trying to tell his mother about his lady love. He felt his mom would not agree because she was a receptionist at the hospital. This fear, his hesitation, his dilemma. It took him forever but my Aunty paved the way for him to own up when she realized he was miserable. In a good way, even though in the initial stages she was clueless on my cousin's odd behavior.

That's the only issue I have with Ishwari. Why is she worried? Dev needs to have his family. He needs to find his partner. If not Sona, someone else. In this case, Ishawri knows Sona

Yes, in most cases, or rather in normal cases, mom paves the way. But here Ishwari's possessiveness and insecurity are warring with her desire for her son to find happiness with a girl. She hadn't been overjoyed when he'd decided to get engaged to Natasha. She had been plain relieved when he broke it off. She doesn't see the girl making her son happy. She sees the girl taking her son away from HER.

Perfectly written

I'm glad Dev did not realize his mother is not happy otherwise he would have really been hurt
every expression he showed was real and natural his expressions his eyes his words his body language everything matched
that scene was just wholesome
