Again a fun post
Going with the current track- we can see ishwari is torturing dev and sona equally.
She is trying to make sure they dont spend time together and calling for all her sons attention.
As dev mentioned "happy ppl dont fall sick"
For last few days dev is not able to spend the private happy times with sona and even today i am sure ishu mata will do some drama and stop d v from dropping sona home...
Sooo. This is what will cause dev to fall sick as ishu is keeping him away from sona... Hahaha
