another interesting episode as more of ishwari's character is getting revealed...it was evident from ishwari's glowing smile that how much she wanted to see her son with folded hands during puja...for dev too it means a lot that his mom is happy...
it was quite a lovely conversation between devakshi (as usual of course lol)...sona thinking dev is now all buddy with bhagwan but dev insisting he did this only for his mom...
the cutest part was wen sona was feeling shy to say jab se humare beech pyar shuru hua hai and dev saying karne mein sharam nahi to bolne mein sharam kyun...gawd this two can reach the height of cuteness...
ishwari overhearing the part wen dev was thanking sona for convincing him to sit for the pooja the reason he cud see his mom so happy...however ishwari had her own way of filtering the conversation and grasping only wat she wanted to...ignoring the fact that they were talking about how they succeeded in making her lifelong dream come true she chose only to hear that dev did the puja only because sona said...she cud hardly believe wat she cud not do all these years sona had succeeded in just one day...
this also reminded me the day after neha's bidaai wen dev was telling sona over phn that with her he can talk anything widout filtering rights and wrongs...the way ishwari chose to react only to selected parts of conversation and ignored that fact that they just wanted to make her happy only got to prove y dev is still not telling ishwari about sona...he is not used to talk about his own life and dreams with his mom...with ishwari dev filters his conversation to talk about only those topics that interests her like the future of their family, ishwari's heath and so on...
another interesting scene was wen dev came to take blessings from ishwari a task that he does daily before going to office...ishwari blessing him "bhagwaan tujhe sadbudhi de"...my reaction was really like is she sick or wat suffering from some kind of mental distortions...
wat sadbuddhi was she praying for her son...wat does he need to realise regarding right and wrong...as she said that only by realizing the rights he can achieve success...is she for real...wat did he do all his life if not becoming a successful person in every way...and wat wrongs r he doing...falling in love with a doctor lady from a decent family is that a sin...wat did she mean...is the right thing for dev to do is forget all his own dreams and remain tied to his mom's palloo...
wat am i saying...this lady is actually a real character and i hv seen so many similar MILs around me...
dev as usual not comprehending at all wat his mom is saying since as far as he knows so far he has taken no wrong decision in life...
and then devakshi scene always my fav part...loved the part where dev showed her pic in his phn and complimented her with sari...how true...indian women look best in sari...
the best part of this show is how they take care of every small thing...today sona came as an invitee to the puja and not as nutritionist...so dev himself was opening the fridge to get food for ishwari otherwise he never bothers about her food with sona around...wen sona said she has already prepared snacks for her there was instant relaxed expression on his face...dev is slowly learning how much sona has already accepted him and his family into her own world...
dev touching her face seemed so natural thing to do before leaving...such touches always leave a lasting impression till they meet again...
and the final infuriating scene...ishwari demanding y dev tells sona everything regarding her health...ridiculous...sona is her doctor so obviously dev will consult everything with her...because of her possessiveness to the height of insanity ishwari is forgetting the fact that sona is here as her doctor and is not getting paid to endure her unnecessary disparaging comments...
