I didn't understand Dev and Sona convo yesterday- help please

Hi Devakshi fans, im also a big fan of Dev and Sona, but i didn't understand what Dev meant.

Sona asked whether he can change for her, Dev said No, then said, phir kya isse meri feelings apke ke liye thodi badal jayage, hamare badal jayega.. something like that, actually i didn't get what was he trying to say. Can someone help me understand it.

What i understood is he cant change for her, so does the issue of he not believing in God or he won't change for her affected his feelings? So the feelings have increase or decrease.

I'm not able to understand that part of the converstaion, can someone pls pls help.

I actually skipped through most of the conversation... Only part I remember is, Dev knocking the stair case... It was like "touch wood" kinda expression... I thought it was cute😆

This is the whole convo:

Dev: Sonakshi... Main perfect nahi hun. Bahot saari kamiya hai mujhse. For example main bahot ziddi hun. Main... Main kisi cheez baat pe ad jau toh kabhi kisi ki nahi sunta. Kisi ke liye change nahi hosakta.

Sona: Mere liye bhi nahi?

Dev: Nahi. Lekin kya iss wajah se jo main tumhare liye feel karta hun, wo badal jaega? Hamara pyar badal jaega?

Sona: Nahi. Ofcourse not. Koi perfect nahi hota. Feelings perfect hote hai. Jaise Pyar... Hamara pyar perfect hai.

Dev: Are you sure Khargosh?

Sona: 100%

Dev: Mujhe to laga tha aapko percentage ki samamjh hi nahi hai.

Sona: Lekin ye wali aati hai.

He means I may not change everytime as you want, but that doesn't change my feelings and love for you.

i think it is very clear...dev has always told her that he is a very difficult man to handle and he will not change himself by that he means he will not change his principles, his faith...

for sona it is the feelings that count...dev loves her and she loves him...as long as true love is there nothing else matters...moreover true love does not demand change...

but that doesnt mean that dev does not consider her feelings...dev has changed himself in many ways and always in the positive way...today dev has learnt to admire colors in life...previously dev used to be a quiet and unsmiling man...today he is always smiling and talking and enjoying the moments with her...

wen 2 ppl fall in love they try to become a better person and dev has already told her that she makes him want to become a better person...

Dev has already changed a lot bcoz of Sona and he himself acknowledged these changes. So even I was confused why he said a straightforward NO. He has admitted abt it during realisation, confession scenes.

By saying straightforward no he meant not changing his principles and faith since they were talking about changing his faith toward god...
