Every relationship entitles this. They are just that simple, that complicated.
Sister. She is your mirror, shining back at you with a world of possibilities. She is your witness, who sees you at your worst and best, and loves you anyway. She is your partner in crime, your midnight companion, someone who knows when you are smiling, even in the dark. She is your teacher, your defense attorney, your personal press agent, even your shrink. Some days, she's the reason you wish you were an only child. The sibling relationship which is so simple yet so complicated. Want to thanks the makers that they have shown the siblings moments. How they are missing their sisters! Ah sisters! Loved how they were missing Neha.
Ishwari let out her doubt to her brother and her brother assured how Dev idolizes her. He can never do anything without informing her. Is it that simple? Hell no! In life, there comes a point where everyone finds several places to rely- be it as parents, friends or lovers. Like Ishwari relies on both Dev and her brother. Till now Ishwari was the place where Dev was relying and now he found his own place. So, here comes complicacy!
Right along Ishwari the fine,simple mother becomes complicated. She is denying the fact that her son needs to vent out his problems to someone too. She forgets to let go him and in this way preventing him to live his life fully. The smug look of Ishwari was really terrifying. She is going to hurt Dev in the process of taking possession of him.
Don't know how can I describe Dev-Sonakshi's simple relationship. It is going to be complicated all we know. But they will keep it as simple as that. It was so natural to see Sonakshi comforting Dev. Dev who never showed his vulnerable side has broke down in front of her completely and seeking comfort. This is one of his side which is hidden from all even from Ishwari. And this makes Sonakshi special to him. His reliable place where he can share his sorrows, his tension. Loved this scene way to much and loved the makers again to make it so simple. Shaheer again stole the show in the particular scene. His despair, emptiness, yearning all was shown here.
Ranveer-Neha's simple relationship has started to complicate already. Ranveer's behavior is kinda off today. Still I am on his side. I so do not want him as a negative character.
Finally, Dev's business is going to face the complications which we were predicting from the day he had broken the engagement with Natasha. It was that simple to predict. Well, well interesting!
