Well, the story line is becoming very much predictable, the very old conspiracy track, where the female lead will be the prey and the antagonist,the predator. There are few things which need clarification, like why Dev's uncle has never gone to check the insurance of his house, which burnt in fire?, or why is Dev's Maami always snooping at everyone's room and nobody notices it?, why Dev, a man,who has always been honest with his mother, and has always been so firm in his decisions, suddenly hiding his and Sonakshi's relationship? There are so many questions raising in the mind, which end up in one answer that the story is getting derailed somewhere, and the CVs are unable to create a crisis in the drama, which is required for any drama to make its audience sit on the edge of their seats. This track, which would be coming that, Dev's Maami would accuse Sonakshi of theft, does not make any sense. Firstly, why is the Maami checking her adult nephew's room?, secondly, even is she does that, why would anyone even believe her, as she did the same with Ranveer? (accusing him of stealing Dev's wrist watch). If we see from these perspective, then the story becomes very predictable, that is, Sonakshi would be accused, where no one from Dev's family would stand out for her, not even Dev's mother, who believes relationships come before everything else, even Dev won't take a stand as he wouldn't want to go against his family. Therefore, in such a situation,Dev's mother would probably suggest Dev that, now that she's doing good, she doesn't need "nutrition " to work for her at home anymore. And Dev, well, he would simply follow his mother's instruction,without even taking a stand against the wrong done to Sonakshi. The story is simply being dragged with no probable logical reason. And this might result in disinterested audience.
