Might be that ranveer met Dev and spoke about the job offer and there may be some differences and dev wanted to hav a opinion of others regarding his take on that matter is right or not...

So he might have approached sona for that.

Ishwari will not see them something will distract her and may be he wanted to talk to her about taking her shopping to buy his mom a saree and also gift her a saree.

And yeah .. dev might have come to ask her in helping selection for ishwari's saree

I think tomorrow is rain sequence. when dev returns home all wet Ishwari or Radharani is going to ask him some questions doubting him. And he has come to tell sona that they have to take extra care to hide their relationship from RR and ishwari n family members. At the same time chances of Ishwari catching them close to each other. She will not actually catch them but will scare them.
