Yes EK mostly makes 'masala' shows.. But she made Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do.. For Sony With Iqbal Khan and Mona Singh. This show totally was totally opposite to what EK generally churns out. It was thought provoking and soul touching. But what happened? It got rejected by the general audience for the lack of 'masala'. Where were these fans who have requested EK to change writers when she made a sensible show?

I am new to this forum.. but I am active on Kumkum Bhagya forum. Currently I watch only two shows KKB & KRPKAB.. I must say KRPKAB really has a good team. The creatives and writers of this show are very talented. They are keeping the story simple yet interesting. And the actors are portraying their characters very well. I wish Ekta and the creatives of her show learns something from them.
