Episode started with the awaiting moment where everyone was so impatient. Dev's simple but so firm announcement left the audience bewildered once again. He did not want to argue or clarify anything but take the full responsibility for damage it would bring. When you are in love it surely gives you courage from nowhere and his brevity against the situation remained affirm. Radha Rani as usual reacted like her way. Even she is way too much and this time also no one is there to stop her.
Ishwari was composed and graceful as ever. The subtle change of expression of relief washed over her when Dev said she was right about business and relationship. Loved how she gave Dev the equal chance like Neha. She handled Mr. Gujral beautifully and as humbly as possible. Ishwari never doubted her son's decision once. She always put Dev's happiness over everything. I think that's where Ishwari- Dev's relationship stands. For this same reason Dev is going to put Ishwai's happiness over his love and we will observe a new color of love in Dev-Sona's relationship.
Among Dev's sisters, Riya is really matured and got Dev's nature. She is always thoughtful and always judge situation not the situation.
The most awaited scene came finally and this time I thank the channel that they really keep their promise and confession happened today itself. It was unique and different. I have complete faith on CV's and they again surprised me most unique way. In my life I never watched a confession scene to the point and with such clarity. I have to admit it was the most simple and unique confession scene I have ever watched in Indian tv serials. I personally do not like the extravagant and fancy scenes at all (flowers, candle, backdrop etc).
I am really mesmerized by this character Dev. What a transformation. He does wrong but he always strives to make it right no matter what. He realized the situation wasn't as bad as all think it was. It will all work out in the end. He put trust in himself, and moved forward with faith and confidence for the future. Glad how he shut Radha Rani. He was aware that he did wrong to Natasha and he took the full responsibility upon him. But this did not deter his decision.
Love unlocks doors and opens windows that weren't even there before. That's how he did not waste time to confess! The brief imagination scene where he said I am your orange (I was like awww..). Loved the way CV's portrayed Dev's take through Sonakshi there. So cute! (Erica was looking wonderful in green kurti).
His words to Sonakshi, "Do you trust me?'' and when he got the answer he knew. Trust is not an obsession; it's an extension of love. When we truly love someone, we give them our heart to hold in their hands and when that love is returned, that very trust is balm to our souls. His detour from the hospital to his former home was magical. Where he lost everything, he wants to achieve from there only. What a beautiful thought to let go the past and embrace the future.
Most people know the sheer wonder that goes with falling in love, how not only does everything in heaven and earth become new, but the lover himself becomes new. Here we saw a new Dev smiling and loving who wants to feel the colors not only to see them. Wow!!
When we love, we always strive to become better than we are. When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too. Same way Dev wants to be a better person and wants to learn more to live every moment in presence of Sonakshi. With dark raven paper and twinkling white ink, he wrote his heart in the night's sky. ''I love you as a man loves a woman'' what a beautiful scene it was. I guess this is the most romantic line I can hear from any man for his woman. (Because of Sonakshi's numerous imagination I thought it would not be so unique as I am used to it. But no. I was dumbstruck! Still can't come out from the giddy feeling.)
His demeanor changed when he saw tears in her eyes and stepped back feeling confused for a moment. Did he do wrong by confessing? Nope! And Bang! Here comes the bold Sonakshi again. "Can you give a hug, Mr. Dixit?" Mr. Dixit opens his arms wide only for only Ms. Bose for the rest of his life. The magical moment of them ... as it's a blessed thing to love and feel loved in return.
Sonakshi- She loves Dev without knowing how, or when, or from where. She loves Dev simply, without problems or pride: She loves Dev in this way because she does not know any other way of loving but this. Her expression from confused to ecstatic was bang on! Want to dedicate this song for Sonakshi.
