I feel like Tina already sensed that Dev has feelings for Sona.

So my vote goes to Garib Ki Beti Radharani

Given the ongoing circumstances it looks like RR will be the one to first find it out.. Since she already has doubts.. Bt it wud be fun to watch if keechu bhaiyya finds it out frst 😆 however tina would be the best choice.. 🤣

It would be Radharani if she catched them red-handedly otherwise it would be for sure Ishwari as she can read Dev's each emotion, his love for Sona wouldn't go unnoticed by his mom
