ok i made my first post only in response to ur title...

but now i must say ur post holds a deeper meaning...

natasha is an alliance born out of a business deal and dev even though not liking the idea is accepting it since for years he has been compromising his life and dreams for the sake of his family and business, and that marriage is a altogether a different story is not taking form in his mind...yet...

What I like about dev is he's focused.,what I dislike about dev is he's too focused 😆

It's good to want to be rich ,but it's bad to want to be only rich ,I don't find any other aspiration in him. No hobbies ,no friends

and then sona announces (out of the blue) that she too has a bf in her life which brings dev into the real world...dev and sona hv become friends in a very gradual way at least from dev's side...

What I was surprised about Is this master manipulator ,completely overlooked sona s feeling ,if he was as innocent ad he thinks he is ,he wouldn't doubt sonas bf much ,it only means sonweherr he knew she has a thing for him. But didn't want to pursue it ... that I feel is cos Natasha and her fancy deal ,do yes going back to point1 of wanting to be only rich and not happy

in the past few days he has been sharing all his feelings and dilemmas with her and with so much ease...we can say it started with ishwari's refusal to guide him in his decision to marry natasha...wenever dev is seeking ishwari's help she is telling him to make his own decision which confuses him since he has always taken all decisions in life by discussing with his mom...

getting no guidance from ishwari he search for the next person who can get him out of this dilemma and the first person that comes to his mind is sona...of course she is the sole friend in his life...and so he tells sona that she is his sabse achha dost...wat he actually means that she is his only friend...

and so wen sona declares she has a bf he gets both surprised and hurt...isnt friends supposed to know everything then how come sona has hidden such an important fact of her life...

suddenly his focus shifts from his own marriage dilemma to sona's mysterious mr.x...

Probably because his marriage was never a priority that wrong.to Natasha as well

natasha is part of business deal and so the marriage is more a compromise than a decision...

so wen neel comes with a breath of fresh air...a guy with totally contrasting characteristics from both dev and sona that it is not unusual that both dev and natasha r gving surprising looks...

even for sona it is difficult to maintain poise and convincing approach for the sake of dev...

here the challenge lies in dev...wen the realization will strike that he is in actually in love with sona he will also realize that sona's choice is so different (if by that time he believes that neel is her bf and neel is so different from him)...

dev always believes that he can convince ppl according to his own will like manipulating sona to become her mom's pvt nutritionist or telling ranveer to join his company...

he will soon learn that manipulations hv no role wen love is concerned...
