Hi guys my name is Alia. I was on IF a long time ago but forgot my password and after a while had no reason to be on here. Untill KRPKAB, I'm completely in love with this show and Devakshi, and it made me come back to IF. I have been on this forum silently for a while but decided to finally join IF again. This is my first post and my first story on IF. I've read about the new entry on the show, and honestly after the promo I can't wait for 9th June for Dev to realize his feelings. So writing this FF. It's basically a continuation of the show and a detailed version of all the spoilers out there.

Part 1:
Natasha had just somehow convinced Dev to go out on another dinner. He had been so confused lately. Half of the time he had no idea what he was doing with Natasha, she was sweet, he liked her but he definitely wasn't in love with her. But then again he had no idea what love was or how it felt to be in love.
Where do you want to go today?' Natasha asked and Dev honestly had no clue. When he left work early today he was hoping to just relax at home maybe spend time with his family but when he came back home Natasha was already there and she then somehow made plans for dinner which he couldn't say no to.
He still hadn't given an answer to the marriage proposal. He had decided he would wait for Neha to get married first before he would but after Neha decided that she wanted to marry Ranveer everyone was waiting for his decision.
Dev was thinking hard about where they should go for Dinner when he heard Natasha speak Hello Dr. Bose.' Dev had no idea Sonakshi was still here, he thought she had left. He came home half an hour ago and saw no sign of her so he assumed she had left.
Sonakshi on the other hand was now trying her best to avoid Dev after being friendzoned by him. They had become really good friends in the last few days but Sonakshi didn't want to be just his friend. It was hard for her, so she was trying her best to completely avoid him.
Her plan to sneak out didn't exactly succeed. Hi' she said awkwardly not knowing what to do. Are you leaving?' Natasha asked. Yes, I'm done for the day' Sonakshi said eager to get out of there. You were here?' Dev asked confused as to why he didn't see her. Sonakshi just nodded and remained quiet.
Dr. Bose, do you have a boyfriend?' Natasha asked out of nowhere. Sonakshi was shocked, where had this come from. Dev on the other hand already knew the answer to this question so he waited for Sonakshi to say no.
Yes' Sonakshi blurted out, she had no idea why she said yes when clearly the right answer was no. She had no clue what come over here. That's great. You and your boyfriend should join us for dinner' Natasha said excited. Sonakshi knew she was in deep trouble we can't, he's busy working' she said and hoped Natasha would forget about it. Because if not she had no boyfriend to bring to dinner and she was royally screwed.
You have a boyfriend?' Dev asked, it took him a while to process this new information he had no idea how to react. He was shocked but he was also hurt in the past few days he and Sonakshi had become really good friends or he liked to believe so. Dev had a hard time believing Sonakshi would hide something like this from him.
Yes' Sonakshi said lying again. It's not like she could tell the truth now. Maybe we should cancel today's plan and go out to Dinner tomorrow. You guys can join us then' Natasha said. Why couldn't Natasha just forget her and her nonexistent boyfriend and go to dinner with Dev Sonakshi thought. Before Sonakshi could decline again Natasha said I won't take no for an answer.'
That was the moment Sonakshi knew she was totally stuck, there was nothing she could do that would make this situation better. So she said Yes' and hoped she could think of something by tomorrow maybe Elena could help her come up with a solution.
Dev on the other hand had a very strong urge to scream at Sonakshi, he shared everything with her these days and she didn't even tell him that she was seeing someone. Was she in love with this guy? Did this guy even deserve her? Who was he? All these questions kept bothering him and he needed answers.
This evening was slowly turning out to be a nightmare for Dev. His emotions were all over the place and he didn't know why. He was very bothered and just wanted to talk to Sonakshi but with Natasha there he couldn't.
Sonakshi knew Dev was just seconds short of asking her a thousand questions, so she quickly said goodbye and turned around to leave. Wait, I'll drop you home' Dev said. He wanted to talk to her alone. No, you should drop Natasha home' Sonakshi said and just ran out of there as fast as she could.
I'm so excited for tomorrow.' Natasha said . Dev was anything but excited, there was no way he would just let this go. He had to talk to Sonakshi.
As soon as Sonakshi reached home, the first thing she did was drag Elena to her room and tell her about the mess she was in. Elena looked super excited. For Sonakshi there was nothing exciting about this situation.
Mere pass ek idea hai' Elena smiled and Sonkashi knew in a instant that whatever this Idea was, it was going to cause even more trouble for her. I have a friend, his name is Neil and I'm sure woh aapka fake boyfriend banega' Elena said ready to break out into a dance that she came up with such a genius plan.
Have you lost it? Elena I wanted an idea to get me out of this mess. Tu toh mujhe aur badi musibat mein daalna chahti hai' Sonakshi said. She was almost ready to give up and confess to Dev about her lie.
Di, trust me on this' Elena said taking her phone and calling someone. Elena stop' Sonakshi said calling out to her but Elena was already out of the room. Sonakshi had a very bad feeling about this and was sure this wasn't going to end well for anyone.
Sonakshi's phone rang. Mr. Dixit flashed on the screen and it took her two seconds to press the red button and cut the call. Her phone rang again, she did the same thing.
Elena came back Done' she said. What's done?' Sonakshi asked confused. I spoke to Neil and he's ready to help you out and be your fake boyfriend. Meine usko aapka number de diya hai. He'll call you in a while and you guys can discuss the fake details of your fake relationship. So that kal koi problem na ho' Elena said smiling like an evil mastermind.
Are you out of your mind?' Sonakshi said screaming. Before she could say anything else, her phone beeped. It was a text from Dev.
Mr. Dixit: I'm outside your house. Come out we need to talk.
Shit, how was she going to avoid him now? I'll be right back. Do not call this Neil fellow again. Your plan seems like a huge fail' Sonakshi said leaving to go see Dev and hopefully get out of this mess.
