It was Neha's sangeet today,and dev wanted to make sure that he is gives her the dream wedding she always wanted,she had gone through so much,she had sacrificed her childhood and this was the least he could have done for her.
He personally checked all the arrangements a billion times,and perfected all that he could.
Just as he looked at the right to see whether the stage was ready or not,his eyes saw one of the most beautiful sceneries one could ever see.
There she was,dressed in a white and gold ghagra,looking like an angel descending from the heavens with a basket of flowers in her hand.
For a moment dev thought he is dreaming,and its only when their eyes met that he realized that this is the reality.lost in eachother they started walking towards eachother,decreasing the distance between them inch by inch.just then sona's foot got stuck in the garlands lying on the floor and before dev could have saved her she ended up falling on him.
Dev lied flat to the floor while she was on top of him.her hands resting on his chest while his hands held her shoulders firmly.they were lost in eachothers as flowers showered on them (a arrangement dev made for neha and ranveer but now no moređ).he couldnt believe how he had never seen how beautiful she is,how deep her eyes are.even though he had met many women,there was something so special about her.it was only her who could make him go weak on his knees.he looked in her eyes for his answers,his answers to why does he feel so different for her?why does she matter to him?.
Dev took his hand to her face and tucked the single strand of hair which had been bothering her,behind her ears.
Before sona melted into a puddle she jerked herself up and excused herself.
She was leaving when dev stopped her"miss bose!"
She turned around.
Dev so wanted to tell her how he felt,but being how awkward he is,all he said was "Kuch nahi!"
