when Sona realized that she loves Dev , it was in the hospital... but it was so quick realisation

i didn't think that this love wala realisation will be so quick! just because he cared for her and told him stories when she met with the accident.

Spot on analysis and agree with all comments. Best thread for discussion. Why only one sided love being shown and is Tina working 24/7 for dev? 😆

When dev not even sure or should I say don't even know what love is and bang CV's have thrown in Natasha to make him even more confused 😆 might be CV's might have wanted to show the love track different to other shows but are now stuck as to how to progress further?
