Episode begins with Sonakshi and Elena talking about Dev. Sona worrys about ways to avoid him, but Elena tells her it doesnt make any sense, since she can't avoid him and she should just tell him. But Sona believes that by meeting up each other, He should realise and she sulks why she loves him.
Back at Dev, Nikki brings down the game controller and forces Dev to play. Dev leaves with Natasha and Nikki to play a competition upstairs.
Sona continues talking to Elena about Dev being late because of her, and he is trying to to break a 100 crore contract.
Mr. Gujral and Ms. Dixit are alone and Mr. Gujral tells her his wish; Natasha's and Dev's marriage. He basically asks for Dev's hand, and Mrs. Dixit states she will discuss with her family first and she needs time. Mamiji overhears the convo and she tells Mr. Gujral that she wants the same and is really happy.
The Gujrals leave. Dev tells Mami and Ms. Dixit that he was late because he went to meet Sona, and explains the dilemma. Mami tells him that Mr. Gujral asked for his hand. Dev is left shocked. Ms. Dixit tells him to think properly first, whilst Mami tries to rush him.
He thinks about it the entire night. Nikki comes and tells how happy she is with Natasha. Dev calls Tina and asks her to inquire whether with mergers they do have marriage contracts as well. Tina is left surprised.
Nikki breaks the news to her sisters. She tells Neha to marry quickly so that Dev can also marry. Neha is offended and says she never wants to marry, and when she is ready she will.
On the other side, Sona is sleeping and she dreams of Mr. Dixit. He comes to her and they go to the garden. He places her hand on his heart, and asks if she can hear his heart. They dance and hug. She is about to walk away, but he holds her hand. He tells her now dont go far away. I always wondered why i look for excuses to meet you, excuses to argue with you, anytime i meet u i look for excuses to look at you, why i care so much for you. He tells her i am your love story. He tells her I Love You Sonakshi. She tells him I Love you too, and they hug. The spend moments and SOna wakes up
