Few Colours of Love...

Part 3

"Life becomes so intricate Elena" Sona had her third cup of coffee...

Elena looked carefully at an utterly changed Sona "then ending this complicacy is in your hands Sona..."

Sona kept her hand on her forehead "I want to go away from Dev...I know he's happy with Natasha... and they both are getting married soon"

Elena shook her head "Sona, you either mourn over your love life or go and talk to Dev about all this...if he betrayed you then why the hell don't you ask him"

"Ask him? But what?"

"Ask him why he betrayed you silly" Elena was getting angry on Sona...

"Anyway I have to go. Some assignments need to finished by this Friday"

Sona didn't reacted much but she thought over Elena's words... she saw her leaving and waving her hand... But Sona was confused.

How can she go and ask that nerd why he betrayed her...no why would she do that.

He should have thought before accepting her in his life. She would definitely not accept this from Dev.

Plus he's getting married, so she shouldn't think much about him now... but on the other hand she thought about her romantic moments with him...

her first kiss...her first love.

Her first night...

Sona opened her eyes.

She remembered she was exhausted...she tried to get up but felt sore...then her eyes felt on Dev who was sleeping peacefully next to her.

She smiled at the thought that they both accepted each other.

Her hands grazed his bare chest...she saw her lipstick marks on his shoulder, but this time she didn't felt shy.

She saw his phone vibrating, curiously she looked at the number "aunty"

Scared she touched Dev's shoulders "wake up Dev"

He slowly opened his eyes... "What?"

"Your phone's vibrating"

He rubbed his eyes and answered the phone "yes Ma..." he paused "OK
Ma...coming"

The moment he disconnected Sona tried to ask him but before her blurting he looked at her "I have to pick Ma from the station"

"Oh...ok" Sona tried to get up but again felt sore...

"What happened Sona...are you ok?" Dev touched her hand and bare shoulder...

"Yes Dev...I am fine..." she smiled at him

He kissed her on the forehead "I will quickly go and come back..."

"But how can I stay here...if someone sees me..." worried at Dev's plans.

"No one will come...it's just Ma...and she will rest in her room. My sisters are coming tomorrow"

Sona relaxed a little...but still this idea of staying in Dev's room might not put her in trouble...

She was still thinking when he kissed her already sore lips..."I will come back soon"

Sona touched her lips and smiled at him...

She walked to the washroom and looked at her body... "Oh no Dev... what have you done" awkwardly she kept her hand on her head...

"No wonder my neck and throat feel the sting" she saw her skin with a tint of red color.

Dev closed the door from outside...

Sona was about to enter her house when she Elena... "What are you doing outside?"

"Waiting for you" Elena looked at her neck "I saw this in the afternoon today"

Sona tried to cover with her scarf "what?"

Elena teased Sona "I was waiting here to alert you about this"

Sona was getting frustrated now but Elena didn't stop teasing her

"Will you stop Elena...?"

Sona entered the house and without talking to anyone went to her room...

Asha watched her Daughter in anger "Elena ...what happened."

"Nothing aunty...I think Sona's not feeling well"

Sona looked at the mark in the mirror... "I just hate you Dev..."

Dev and Natasha finished the meeting...

"How's aunty Dev?" Natasha smiled at Dev

"She's doing fine" he looked at the files "so this deal is done"

"Yes Dev...can I ask you something?"

"Sure Natasha" Dev looked at her

"I know our relation cannot go further. But I have no bitterness about it. In fact I am really happy Dev that you gave me an honest answer. But I really wanted to meet Aunty"

"No problem Natasha, you can come with me today" Dev kept the files in the drawer...

"Thanks Dev...see you in the evening then" Natasha left

Dev called Ishwari and informed her of Natasha coming for dinner.

Ishwari looked at Sona who was about to leave... "Ok Aunty ji...I have made your complete diet chart for this week. I will come again next week"

"Sona, how is your clinic going?"

"Good aunty. It's busy"

Ishwari smiled at her... "I will follow this time table. Thanks Sona"

"Ok then. I will leave"

"Ok Sona...I will also quickly make dinner. Natasha is coming today"

Radha came chatting with Vicky "oh you still come here? I thought you have left"

Ishwari stared at her sister-in-laws statements for Sona "no Bhabi...she comes every week to make my time table"

"Hmm...so she comes specially leaving her patients at her clinic" Radha raised an eyebrow

"Ok Aunty Ji...I have to leave now"

Sona made a point to leave before Dev comes. She doesn't want to face him anymore.

She was least concerned about Radha's remarks about her. Sona was dedicated towards all her patients and she made sure she visits Ishwari once a week.

She looked at her watch and quickly made her way out...

She was still stepping out of the gate when she saw Dev and Natasha... fury started building within her but she wouldn't show this to Dev anymore.

"Hi Doctor" Natasha softly wished her...

"Hi" Sona smiled a little and was about to leave

"Sona...I mean Dr Bose" Dev tried to talk to her...

She didn't turn around "I have to leave Mr Dixit. I have given all the details to Aunty"

He saw her leaving..

"I think Dr Sonakshi looks worried" Natasha saw her walking down the street

Dev was lost in thoughts until Nikki shouted in his ears

"Nikki why are you shouting?"

"Cause you weren't listening to me Bhaiya"

Even during the dinner...Dev was quiet but he made sure not to show any expressions to his mother. She would unnecessarily get anxious.

"Wow Aunty Ji...I just love the food" Natasha happily ate the food and the pudding

Radha smiled at Natasha "I wish you would stay here forever"

Natasha smiled at Radha then looked at Dev "relations are not made by force Aunty Ji"

Ishwari saw Dev thinking... "You are not eating Dev"

He smiled at Ishwari "don't worry Ma...I actually had juice before leaving office"

"Juice...and bhaiya?" Nikki looked surprised... "When did you started drinking Juice instead of coffee"

Ishwari asked Nikki to eat...

Sona looked out of the window and remembered her instants spent with Dev.

She knows very well that it was impossible to forget Dev and all those little moments she had spent with him.

Dev tried to talk to her a number of times to ask what was the matter and she never responded agreeably because of her anger...

she believed over and decided to listen to him once. She must give him right to explain why he did this to her.

She dialled his number

Dev was still observing at the ceiling when he saw his phone ringing...
He was surprised and happy as well to see Sona's name

"Sona..."

"Dev can we meet tomorrow. I want to give you one chance to explain everything"

"Thanks Sona... tomorrow morning..."

"Ok..." Sona disconnected the phone

She recollected how they used to talk on the phone almost whole night. And now she is dying to talk to him again.

Dev was finally glad about the fact that finally Sona will listen to her...

He was waiting for tomorrow morning...

Wow..one more update ...lovely...thanks for a quick update...its getting interesting. ..flashback scenes are so good ...its gives an insight to the relationship Sona had with Dev ...continue soon ..

And the suspense it killing ma
