So dev suppose to be a successful businessman but yet to get the top deal he has to marry natasha to seal the deal...so is this how success is measured in his eyes...is that an indecent proposal...I will be most disappointed if he accepts natasha as his wife...he could be classified as a male gold digger which changes the beauty of the story..

Dev is not in love yet and he has no clue about Sonakshi's feelings for him.

He would not accept the proposal just for business deal. But he is genuinely impressed by Natasha's achievements, her simple nature, she is very understanding, they share lot of common interests, she values family life, sanskari and all his family members seem to like Nat, even his mom.

So if Ishwari accepts the proposal, there is no reason why Dev would not agree for the marriage. Its not about business deal, its like any other arranged marriage proposal.

He is simply not in love and he has no grand illusions about love either. Remember he almost agreed to marry Saloni for Neha's sake.

Lets just hope Ishwari says NO .😉
