Dev's feelings toward sona is in such a stage that it is quite difficult to define...personally i feel it is a feeling that comes from believing that sona has become an intrinsic part of his life and he cannot afford to lose her...
love has no precise definition...for each person the definition is different...sona met with an accident in front of his eyes...he poured out his childhood memories to keep her from falling unconscious...he admits her to the best hospital...engages the best doctors...arranges the best treatment...stays overnite in the hospital...arranges blood for her...all these can be excused as doing for someone who almost got killed in front of his eyes...although the agitation and extreme concern makes a different picture altogether
now her family is with her...she is on the stage of full recovery...yet he is staying in her room overnite and not her family...he is still as deeply concerned as he was wen she was in serious stage...
now my question is y...he has done more than his capability to take care of sona...but now that her family is here y he is still bothering so much...i mean he can always come to meet her during visitor's hours and even can ask spl permission to stay for few more hours...but wat is the reason that is making him stay overnite...wat is the reason that even wen her family is taking care of her he cannot sleep peacefully...after all who can take more care of sona than her family...but dev's concern refuses to ebb...y so...if this is not love then i wud ask dev to redefine love...
currently dev's actions are expressing the following feelings...
noone can take care of you more than i can do...
noone can make me sleep peacefully even though ur own mother is there to take care of u...
noone can ease my concern...not even the best doctors not even the best treatment...
nothing can gv me ultimate peace till i see u back in my house as dr. bose since only then i will believe that u r perfectly alrite...
dev needs to smell the coffee or else he needs to say how the above feelings can be defined in one word if not love...
sona's feelings of growing love is quite apparent and she is already on the way to accepting her feelings...
but dev is blissfully in an ignorant state thinking he is doing everything for his best employee...
dev's feelings hv already taken shape but unfortunately it is the realization of the feeling that counts rather than the existence of the feeling...he will continue to do everything for her and wen asked will say he is doing this because sona has taken care of his mom...
the strangest thing here is that he still thinks sona is only a doctor and a friend but his actions r speaking a different language...
now we hv to wait and watch wen his heart and his brain will speak the same language...the language of love...
but no hurry pls...let his brain and heart remain in conflict for a few more days...let his brain make many more efforts to learn the language of his heart and let his heart play few more hide-and-seek games with his brain...
it is the process of gradually acknowledging love that is the most beautiful process in the world...as viewers let us cherish this process for some more time...
