For Sona -
This is why older people say -

Until marriage is fixed and cards are given don't tell everyone about it.. people try lot of things .. so Sona fell in this trap. 😎

Totally agree with your points. Amazing acting by Shaheer. Outstanding.Yes. What he said are facts but in a different tone. Simply superb. He didn't distort anything. Ofcourse Sona started bothering about every one's diet. That includes Dev also. I didn't dislike Dev Dikshit at all because Shaheer is the face of Dev. As you said Sona shouldn't go on telling every one about her Date. There will be many points that are taken into account before fixing a marriage. Just because her mother is interested she should not get influenced. In her own words she is not excited also.By the way he is not a psycho and I will fall head over heels in love with him.

God save tina, in fact god save every girl whoever comes around him.
He loving a girl is very dangerous as his mother won't love that girl and become a nuisance plus he also expects that girl to be aaya for his sisters, cook cum nutritionist for his mom and a girl for himself who will be busy in herself and entertains him when he requires according to his mood and his family's convenience.

Though I hated what Dev did yesterday I had to give to Shaheer for doing it so convincingly. He did it with such a penchant that the dialogues he spoke had no malice in them as such, but his body language, the tone, the pause he put gave the funda altogether a different meaning. Now coming to Kushal. I simply cant understand why Sona's mother want to get insulted again and again. What is so great about that family. Why didn't kushal ask anything to Sona on what Dev said rather just cut the alliance defaming her. That doesn't speak highly of him. One more thing I have to give to Dev yesterday one question he asked " So some guy has to allow you to work". I had said in the first meeting with Kushal itself that I didn't like this guy's so called hypocrite liberal behavior.

In yesterday's episode I hated Dev's this action. Who is he to decide things for her, He is so selfish.. He never thought how it will feel for her family especially her mother who is so excited & worried for her daughter's marriage. Also creating a scene like something is going on between them is worst thing, he too have three sisters. will he accept if anyone fakely accuse her sisters like they have some kind of relationship with someone who they just know or for whom they work/study with ??
The precap is 😡 What he thinking of himself ? He will break an alliance (whatever may be the reason., the way he broke it is very bad) Then he will look for alliance also..

Happy to read some one judge Mr. Kushal Roy the coveted suitor for Sona especially by her Mom. Yes. What is so great about him or his family that Sona's mother is so desparate to have an alliance. This Kushal Roy looks so innocent speaks principles but ends up as a hypocrite for sure.

i dont blame kushal at all in this bcos first time also bcos of dev he couldnt even talk to sona
& sona did nothing about it & second time again dev intervened. kushal is human after all.
why should he not think that sona might be close to dev or getting close to dev. we dont like it
when someone is mahaan and we dont like it when someone is human. thats not right. kushal
is a normal guy who tried his level best to connect to sona. but dev messed it up. so if anyone is
to blame its dev only. it was wrong of sonas father to put the blame on kushal saying that he
couldnt identify the diamond in sonas character. why would he? he has hardly met her once.
and now who gives the right to dev to fix sonas marriage? first he messes up & then he tries to
set things straight. basically he only thinks about his family. the only time he did think about sonas
family is during sonas birthday. whats the guarantee that once sona gets married to a delhi
based guy, she will not quit her job or they will not shift to another city. then what will dev do?
get them divorced???

i found shaheers acting in that kushal dev scene quite bad. he was talking like a robot. i love shaheer a lot but in this particular scene he was behaving like a robot devoid of expressions

about kushal asking sona about dev i dont think people in conservative indian families do that
straightforward. they are rigid in such matters. yes kushal said he is broadminded but he meant
it only in sona working. nobody is so broadminded to marry a girl when his boss paints
a different picture

I couldn't see anything broaded mined in Kushal in allowing Sona to work. I still remember the first meeting I had with my husband. He didn't allow me to work. In fact he didn't tell anything about my working. He spoke about his family and his work. He knew I will work post marriage as he was talking to a working woman. It was I who told I wanted not only to work but I will strive for a career and there will be days I will not reach home at 6pm or even 7pm. And he only said you are a professional and you will have your ambitions. The most interesting aspect was though the formal meeting was fixed for the following sunday between parents after our informal meeting the next day morning he called and asked me whether I have any problem. Am I fine proceeding with the match. And to be frank that was the moment I decided I am not going to let this man go from my hand.
So I have a very good personal experience of what liberal means. What giving space means. Which he has demonstrated not only in that first meeting but throughout my married life of 7 years.
And that's why I also know Dev can be moved to that zone if his emotional scars are healed but Kushal can never.
