= New Year Weeks = Join in the festivity

Ah! New Year! The one day of the year that everyone looks forward to! A time of celebration and partying, a time to spend with family and friends, a time when we all just forget all our problems and enjoy ourselves , a time when we forget all animosities and just get along. This magical day of happiness that brings in hope for a better year than the previous one, hope, for a better world, hope, for everyone's well being.

In light of all this hype and celebration the world over, it is only right and fair for us to celebrate and join in the festivities ourselves! And what better venue to do so than here to party with friends all over the world. United as one big happy family to celebrate and welcome the New Year.

What a great time we will have this coming three weeks. So come one come all and join in our very own NEW YEAR WEEK FESTIVITIES!!!

We have lots in store for you all to take part in! The following is our event calendar:

• December 27 - January 03: Resolution Week: in this week, all members will give their New Year's Resolution for 2007. To make it more fun, members will also post all the resolutions they have made the previous years and write whether they were able to complete it or not. Be honest folks!!!😉😉😉 No cheating allowed!😉😆
• January 04 – January 10: Reflection Week: In this week, all members will reflect on their lives in 2006. All the memorable events that happened in their lives. Everyone will share all these memories and chat on it and just go back in time one year behind and talk about the year that has past.
• January 11- January 17: New Year's Past Week: In this week, we all will share some moments of the New Years we have celebrated in the past. Funny moments, shocking moments, memorable moments, and everything you just love about New Year. What food do you usually make, how long do you stay up, some incidents with firecrackers, etc.
• December 31 evening, night and early morning of January 01: New Year Bash!: This is the main event of the festivities. A party for all members! Come and join in the fun. Post what you will be wearing, what you will be eating and drinking. The songs of your choice for the party. Mingle with other members online in the party. Do a countdown to New Year. Of course, the timing will be IST. A big party to just enjoy and welcome the New Year. And at the strike of twelve, post New Year Greetings and fireworks displays!
• December 27 – January 11: The Resolution Contest: Members will write down resolutions for the characters of the show in the section. Entries will be PM'd to me (mikey0487) or Tina (Tina58)
• January 11 – January 16: Voting round: All the entries submitted will be posted without the names of the members who submitted them and everyone will vote in a poll made for it. 50% of the score will be by me and Tina and 50% will be by you.
• January 17: Announcing the Winner: The winner of the contest will be announced and will be awarded a special siggy for the member to use as long as he/she wants.

Resolution week HUH?? Well my resolutio again this year is to do well in
school, keep working out, and find a husband............ just kidding. Actually
the third one is related to the first one, do well on the MCATs.

Eeeek in the past the most common resolutions where lose weight and do
well in school... I do well w/ the second one. I suck at working out all the
time though. Oh well..... maybe this year? 😛
