i accept that PVR did not killed tulsi but he was going to kill aryan and He did not killed tulsi only because he did not had bullets in his gun otherwise he was all set to murder. so why they didn't put ATTEMPT TO MURDER charges on PVR???

Dear this is an Indian serial where these things are annoyingly overlooked so best not to hurt your head too hard by thinking. There will many more things being overlooked in the future and in any shows. Just accpet it as part of a common characteristic found in Indian serials
