I dont think they have left much option aaru is out of it n now she will get stabbed after tht fight. Unless aryan n mahanji get the food tested or their doc finds out someone hypnotized aaru no one will figure out what happened to her. Someone also has to get caught for this, kaveri for sure but someone at home will fall to the sword as well coz all of the deshmukhs not gonna get caught yet.
