Beet root-bp control karta hai aur haddiya ke liye achcha hai.Jaise tumhare choti choti haddi hai so tumhare liye zyada faydemand hai.😆😆

Cucumber-fresh breath.😆

Palak-low on calories and high on vitamins and iron.😆
