OK, Amidst lot of negativity I have decided to write something positive. We don't know the future of the show. Sometimes, its pace make us feel that the show is rushed but I guess, we all watch KCL because of its pace only. It's not dragged like other shows. I am not a kind of person who can watch a show continuously for more than 100 episodes, when a show is dragged too much, the chemistry and charm fades away and with KCL, it's not happening, that's because of the pace. When we watch a movie, and when we like it, we want that movie to continue forever but it doesn't happen and that movie takes a good place in our hearts and we keep watching them on repeat mode, still we don't get bored. Why we love movies, why some movies become iconic, because they tell the whole story in just 2 hours, because of its pace, unlike TV shows which are dragged. Like Shibani said, Pakistani shows are wrapped in 20 to 30 episodes and people love them. Same thing is with KCL. It's just like a movie for us, with good story, romance and perfect characters. I am worried that the show may go off air but at the same time I don't want the show to be dragged, I don't want it to lose its charm. I am enjoying the show, yes I wanted some romance and still want, and I hope makers will show that too. I want the show to be executed well with proper ending. I would better love to re-watch the episodes for KrishVeer's journey. Just because it's a TV show, we expect more and moRe episodes, but what if they would have continued with the vamp drama, or kidnapping drama, like in other so called crap shows, we would have stopped watching it or would have felt bored. It's OK. I still want to see some krishveer moments and would again request Ketaki ma'am to not edit them, but still, being positive, I want to enjoy the show till its last episode if it goes like this. Also, dont want to be diplomatic, I don't want the show to go off air, I guess, they should little bit slow the pace. It's super fast at present, not much but little.

Thank you for this positive reminder of what makes KCL unique! Yes, I would love more romance (and I have a feeling it's coming post-marriage) but I really appreciate how this show doesn't drag tracks and fall into old tropes. I'd love for it to stay on air as long as possible, as long as they continue to show innovative, compelling, and beautiful storylines. And when it's time for the show to end, as you said, there's joy in rewatching it!

Good post...
But renee Its becoz of the TRP race , makers are rushing... I'm used to such pace in ST's previous show...
But I'm really glad they are telling us a proper story...what happens when a widow tries to move on...so far they have been sensible in showing this ...
I really hope the upcoming story wud also be sensible to watch ...that how this couple wud face more hurdles becoz of this society...sand how they overcome it..

Agreed, the whole episode was well executed and I loved it too especially, when Krishna took stand for herself, she didn't need anybody plus Gaj bhaiya calling her sister and saying how she made him realise the meaning of life. Laliya Bhabhi was awesome too. All the characters, their dialogues, everything on point. This episode is going to be the foundation of a new story. 😊😛

Thank you, Renee, for this thread. A much much much needed post.
My last thoughts last night were, damn, in my entire life I have fallen in love with characters, but never did I ever fall in love with a couple - and first time ever, I did. Krishna and Veer. I am 32 years old and in all my years of watching television and films, I don't remember a couple I was so hooked to. Never a couple.

But does that mean I want tracks like YRKKH where the leads fall in love and get married every 6 months - HELL NO! I was a big fan of YRKKH until it had a story. But lately, it has become a love recycling for the leads and the same show that I was crazy about for 6-8 years, now annoys me the most.

I've said it once, I've said it a lot of times, I love stories. And I do want KrishVeer scenes. I really do. But I want a story. I want the KrishVeer love scene to have a reason, a meaning. The must make sense in the story.

Just like you said, Renee, I hate dragged shows. I'd rather have a finite show with a story and properly finished tracks and a good meaningful ending, than an infinite show which runs 10 years but has no story whatsoever running only because the love of the leads is recycled a million times.

As you said, let's just enjoy the show till it lasts.

So true, Aneeqa, I don't like a couple just because of their romance but because they have a background. For romance, we have lots of TV shows like you said but I connect them because of their background story. I can't watch the same romance between them without any story or background and that's why when I watch a show in which I had liked the couple so much earlier, the same couple, becomes boring for me, without any story, and I switch to another show. Without a story, romance looks vague, useless. That's why I can't watch a show for years continuously. Till the time, I am hooked to the story I watch it, then I switch to something good. 😊
