its not a rumor, its confirmed by her that she is pregnant some time back, maybe in august in an interview, that she is pregnant with triplets and that she is resting enough even on the sets while she is directing OSO, and that she is eating well as well. Even the latest interview of Sirish confirms that he is on cloud 9 for the same!!!!!!!Thats why she said 3 kids when she was on the show as well which was shot some time ago.
I do agree with both of you.Few weeks ago in B News Aryan Vaid told that.

^^ It is possible to have triplets without going through test tube...It's just rare....Twins are definately more common....Usually people who have like 4 or 5 kids at the same time take the help of technology...but triplets are common...She might have had a test tube baby since she is kinda old...Idk
