If not for him, then for me..."...those were his words...not exact...but similar...or else whenever someone told her to marry Abhay she refused...she only married him because Siddharth told her to in a vision...so Kkusum did really love Siddharth...that proves she loved him...because she married Abhay for him...but as she got closer to Abhay she fell in love with him...but Siddharth never left her heart...
