HELP WITH AVIATARS!

I am quite new here. I have seen sum very very very cool lokingaviatars and am wondering how people with animated ones do there's? exxample on meri life hai one where the scenes change and ashmit looks at pooja. Can soomeone tell me how to do that?😕
