Is kusum directed by a rookie ?

Watching the Kusum serial these days, I can't help but to think that it is been directed by a freaking rookie or a horrible director.

He is so confused that even Ajmeri Bhaba, Pandit Mahraj or Peer Syed Sahib combined together cannot help him.
