Malaysia- Abhinav's Place:
KKusum is really upset about the family breaking the relations with her… She says that her family was her strength and now this misunderstanding has created barriers between her and her family… Abhinav says the day she cures Abhay, all this misunderstanding will be solved and Abhay himself is going to take her back to her family…
India- Kapoor House:
Sarla shows Ayee the letter… Ayee is not ready to believe that Kkusum can do something like this… She says that she is sure Kkusum will return with Abhay one day and then they will regret what they did to her… Mahi is there and is very happy to see this and thinks that nobody can solve this misunderstanding…
Malaysia- Abhinav's Place:
Imran comes to see Kkusum… He again reminds her that she has to work for her… He gives her an envelope and says that it contains all the plans… Imran leaves… Abhinav enters and Kkusum tells her that he came to give her the plan to kill someone… Abhinav tries to console her and holds her by her shoulders… Abhay sees this and goes inside…
Introduction Of Mr & Mrs Yash Raichand:
The new guy Yash Raichand is shown… He goes to a lady (his wife) who asks her to come and meet the candidates for his PA job… Kkusum is one of the candidates there… Abhinav is standing on the roof of the building with a gun… Kkusum looks at him as he is about to shoot… Yash Raichand and all the candidates are gathered outside and he is going through their files… Kkusum signals to Abhinav and just as he shoots, Kkusum pushes Yash to the ground… The bullet misses him… The security guards run to see who it was… Mrs Yash thanks Kkusum and asks what she was there for… She tells them that she came there for the interview… Mr Yash says that there is no need for the interview and that she got the job… He says that he has already seen her presence of mind… Kkusum thanks him…
Imran's Place:
Imran is on the phone with KKusum… He congratulates Kkusum and says that he has also fulfilled his promise because now Malaysia's best known doctor is treating Abhay…
Abhay is shown in the hospital… He is getting treatment from the doctors and he looks happy…
Abhinav's Place:
Kkusum comes down stairs calling for Abhay… Abhinav is following her… She is shocked to see Imran sitting with Abhay in the living room… Abhay tells her that this uncle is very nice, he took him for a ride and bought him chocolates… Imran says that he is very happy today since she did a very good job today and that she should continue doing her work in order for Abhay to get proper treatment… He leaves… Kkusum asks Abhay if he was scared… Abhay says that he is a grown up now so he is not scared… Abhay gives Kkusum a red rose… Happy version of Chalte Chalte goes on in the background… Abhinav smiles… Kkusum is very happy… Later she goes to Abhay's bedroom and sits by his side… She carress his hair as he sleeps…
Mr Raichand's Place:
Kkusum is checking if everything is ok for lunch at the Raichands place… She looks at one dish and says that this dish was not in the menu… Mr and Mrs Raichand sit down for lunch and the chefs serve them… Kkusum says that they shouldn't eat this one dish as it was not in the menu… Mr Yash says that it is his favorite dish and his sister sent it for him… Kkusum says sorry to which Mrs Yash says that she doesn't need to be sorry as this is part of her job… Mrs Yash invites her to a party that night… Kkusum says that she has to go with her husband somewhere… Mr Yash says that he would like to meet that lucky man and that she should bring him with her… Kkusum hesitantly agrees…
Abhinav's Place:
Kkusum tells Abhinav that she is getting trapped from all sides… She says that she has won Mr Yash's heart and now he wants her to come to the party… Abhinav says that if she goes then Imran won't like it… Kkusum says that she doesn't know what to do… She says that he invited her with her husband but how would she take Abhay with her… Abhinav says that if she doesn't mind, then he would accompany her… Kkusum is shocked… Abhinav says that he knew she wouldn't like it but they have to do it… He asks her to get ready while he checks on Abhay…
Kkusum is getting ready… She is wearing an orange saree… Abhinav comes there and sees Kkusum trying to wear the mangalsutar… He says that he will help her wear that… Kkusum hesitates but Abhinav takes the mangalsutra and puts it on her neck… Abhay sees this… Kkusum tells Abhay that they are going somewhere and they will be back soon… Abhay smiles and nods… Kkusum thinks as to when Abhay got so sensible… Abhay leaves…
Raichand's Party:
The guards are checking passes at the party… Kkusum doesn't have one but Mr Raichand comes there in time and asks them to come in… Kkusum introduces Abhinav to Mr. Raichand… he says that Abhinav is very lucky to have a wife like Kkusum… Both Kkusum and Abhinav look shocked…
Abhinav's Place:
Abhay is waiting for Kkusum… He watches TV… They are showing the party on TV… Abhay is very excited to see Kkusum on TV…
Back to the Party:
Mr Raichand introduces Kkusum and Abhinav to the guests… There is a performance on a song from the movie 'koi App Sa'… Mr Racihand asks them to dance… Abhinav asks Kkusum to dance with him since Mr Raichand and the people there considers them as being husband and wife… Abhay watches them dance on TV and is very upset…
