| She wasn't ready to return to the small screen till the end of this year but she had to oblige her friend and mentor Ekta when she asked Anita Hassnandani to play Sanchi in Kyunki. But lately if Anita is being seen less in Kyunki it's all because of the seven-episode cameo she is doing in Kya Dil Mein Hai besides a new weekly Anita is shooting for Balaji. Kar Lo Sapne Poore, a sitcom for Sony SAB, has Anita playing a small town girl who comes to Mumbai to become a heroine. "I am playing a funny girl called Lali who dreams of becoming big in films. It's my first comic role on TV and I am really enjoying it," says Anita who is also eagerly awaiting the release of Dus Kahaniyan where she features in a story opposite Rohit Roy. "It's a multi-starrer film and doesn't belong to any one actor. But I am very happy to be a part of it," she says. www.deccan.com |
