Kkavyanjali not so Happening- Popkorn poll

The K factor doesn't seem to be working for Ekta Kapoor anymore. Her serial Kkavyanjali has failed to impress television viewers so far, despite the fact that Ekta's production banner Balaji Telefilms splurged seven crore rupees for its nationwide publicity and promotion campaign.

Initially, viewers were excited about Amrita Singh making a comeback through the soap but the latest Popkorn Poll reveals that Kavyanjali is not turning out to be a popular destination for channel surfers. Even though TRPs for the initial episodes are yet to come in, only 34 % of the viewers who took part in the poll said they liked the serial while an overwhelming 66 % gave it the thumbs down. Guess Ekta will have to rethink her modus operandi if she wants Kkavyanjali to be as popular as her previous soap sagas.
