Is star utsav a channel? if yes does it come in UK, if isnt a channel what is star utsav? plz tell

yes dear its a channel b4 i use to get it here in dubai but now we dont get act5ually the programmes which are over in star plus or very old n still running in star plus are shown in star utsav like this people like us wont miss our fav stars n if the serials are too old n we have not seen its starting then we can catch up but un fortunately here i dont have n most probably i dont think in uk u people have it as star one this is also only for indians 😭
