Rakhi Sawant's item number on small screen

Her item numbers in two recent films - Mumbai Xpress and Khamoshh couldn't make it to the big screen. However that doesn't deter Bollywood's item girl specialist Rakhi Sawant from coming up with more item numbers. Just this time the arena is different.
While Rakhi has performed item numbers both in films and private albums, this time she will be performing for a tele-serial. In fact this might be the first television soap to come up with an item number.
Rakhi recently shot for an item number for Ekta Kapoor's tele-serial 'Kkavyanjali'. The coming episode of Kkavyanjali will see an interesting turn with the entry of viewers' favorite Hiten Tejwani. Hiten plays an interesting Casanova and flamboyant Liquor baron, who will eventually be engaged to Arpita, Kkavya sister. The next episode will also see the Nandas diversifying into the breweries business and the handing of the division to Anjali. And if there's booze there has to be an item number. That's where Rakhi comes into the picture.
So tune to your TV sets this Monday for the first item number for the family audience.
