Soham - Plastic Surgery

Just a thought. Reason why Reeva doesn't clue in to Kavya's photos to be Soham because Soham has had plastic surgery & ended up looking like Kavya unknown to Reeva or even himself. I guess Reeva will be shocked as much as Anjali when they see Soham 'cos now Reeva knows how Kavya looked.

well i dont think we were in a dream world when kavya died and saw his funeral ..his coming in anji's dream and consoling her...
for me i was wide awake so i have accepted the fact that he is not coming back..
now for soham it will be a miracle of the nature if he got same face as kavya but knowing ekta she could not bring back kavya from the dead so a look alike like him is brought back..now how he got the same face and he being a doctor it will not be a surprise that plastic surgery comes in the story...doctor and plastic surgery is related..
and by the way he said doing surgery he travels a lot ,now wat kind of surgery??????keep guessing.... 😊
