that's because i have heard that Anita (anjali) helped ekta kapoor in real life during the worst part of ekta's life and thus anita and ekta r good friends and ekta will not do somthing like that to character played by anita

in kyunki Tulsi's first child also had survived without any problem
so Anjli is not the first one in Ekta's serial
whose baby has survived
