Pammi went back to help herself and not anjali. If she left her than Kavya would have suspected her (as he did),
so she did this for her selfishness.

Once Anjali finds out that pammi is not pregnant - she will deffinately explode.

Tipical of kekta always keeping us on tender hooks and than the unexpected happens.
