this is just a promo from the last week's wednesday episode when nitya is gloating and saying that when kavya shoots the arrow to burn the ravana effigy, that same fire will kill anjali who is locked in the car.

It is going like since anjali is posing threat to Nitya's secret of being a extremely greedy and notorious woman. she plans to kill Anjali and she plans it in a way that it sems Kkavya is killing her. The promo echos like Nitya saying that "Main tumhe bohot pyaari maut doongi, Tumhari maut ussi ke haathon hogi jise tum sabse zyada chchti ho"
