"Right from the first episode host Ronit Roy who is supposed to be unbiased has started playing favourites. Clearly forgetting his role as a third party with no vested interest, Ronit just could not stop himself from falling for little Anandi's charms and promptly started favouring her during the competition," a source says.
The informer adds, "Punpunwali (Smita Singh), who happened to be Anandi's competition in the first episode, had won extra time on the show in her first round, something that put Anandi at a disadvantage. However, Ronit gave Anandi an idea and asked her to speak to the chef to allow her to start cooking without delay."
The source furthers, "Following his words, Anandi quickly charmed her way through the chef's heart and got what she wanted. After all, the little one is known to get things her way.
Throughout the show, her influence on Ronit was clearly visible as Ronit could not stop raving about the little star. Her competition Punpunwali was a true sport and did not mind the favouritism as she confessed to being a big fan of hers and also said that Anandi's sweetness was infectious and everyone would want to favour her. However, what remains to be seen is whether it was the favour or true flavour that won."
