mehr, thats a lovely quote. so apt for life, na? many times we deliberately close our eyes to our feelings cause we just don't want to see the difference between what is in front of us and what we really feel.
in kmh terms, when arjun was 'hating' arohi, he closed his eyes to what his heart said (that arohi really loved him, and it was hurting him to hurt her) in favour of what his father showed him.
now that arohi is 'hating' arjun, she has closed her eyes to the signs that he very much loves her: he doesn't taunt her during most of her bhashans; he is very much around her all the time; he grabs her hand on the train - he catches her when a security guard pushes her in a concert; his eyes are saying something different from his words; he tries out buses, trains, low budget apartments without maid servants. the list goes on.
so how long can Arohi keep her heart/eyes closed? answer: not very much longer. not without hurting herself. your quote is so perfect. thank you.
