Ahhhh for the dessert of the day....we at the Cafe decided on Orangettes, those little strips of candied orange peel dipped in dark-bitter chocolate''.
Few things in life can compare to standing above a bowl of melted Chocolat de Couverture dropping handfuls of candied orange strips in it, watching them immerse themselves lusciously in their chocolate spa, scooping them out with your handy-dandy fork....little soft music in the background......anyone......!! Ohlalalala!!!
Nice and chewy, smooth and chocolaty with a hint of bitterness yet ambrosial'these have to be the most luscious chocolate bites. LaTa *hint hint*
It's of-course like A&A.....the initial Crackling liaison'.24 hour or was it less time of agreeable & genial amour.....and BANG came in distress-anguish & now harshness'
BUT it's still alluring.....still entrancing....like our dessert today!!
What I love most about it is the Magnificent chocolate/orange pairing.....Just Like Our PUNJI.....Arohi pairing.....a small miracle in and of itself.!!!
