I hate Kareena Kapoor, but I think they do look like, even if you hand't said it, the first time I looked at Arohi, I thought exactly that she looked like Kareena and I think she looks a lot like her and the two pics you have posted, they look twins.

Sorry...but i do'nt think so..Arohi is very sweet n simple..n a bit chubby also..but Kareena's way too slim..n even their facial features do'nt match tat mch!
