When Arohi went in for the interview, she told Arjun that Salil, the plumber, had recommended her. Arjun retorted back with a "Plumber? Are you mad? Salil yahan ka boss hai!". So when Arohi went back home, didn't she tell Purvi about Salil not being a plumber? How come Purvi was unaware of the truth until she flipped through the company's brochure today? So weird!

Yeah, I guess you guys are right - such bloopers are really common in the world of BT shows. I just didn't expect the writers to overlook something so significant. Then again, they've been known to forget bigger details in the past so this is nothing, lol.
