Heer is Prem's another roop/synonym...Basically what he meant was Heer and Prem are one and the same...

4. In one of the earlier episodes, the banjaran lady tells heer" Tumhara sindoor khoon sey ranga jayega"..ya sth on dese lines..again can some1 explain wht dis meant😭😭😭..i m nt havn a very good feeln abt it😭😭

This even I am not having good vibes about...But dont worry, I am sure the story line has been changed after that...😉

3. well....even teji-heer's mom said tht once...heer prem ka pratheek hai.....i know wat it means...i dont knwo how to explain....its like...how wil i say?...let me find a parallel eg for tht....
