How are each one of you today? Pretty Good I'm sure. I am in a mixed state of emotions today. Happy that Mumbai won today and have hopes of being in the semi's. It was great to see Jayasurya & Tendulkar in action! Oh Punjab is ripping Rajasthan apart in the IPL. What a game. Sad because I just lost 500 bucks in teen patta..the stakes were low ( 5 and 10) so ouch ... that hurts.
You must be wondering why I am talking about cricket and cards in my episode analysis - probably because deep inside, I would like to see a game of cards in kis desh or then prem challenging manmeet to a cricket game or vice versa!
Coming to the episode analysis, well it was mostly about the pooja but what was touching to see were prem and heer constantly looking at each other! Conversation at its best where their minds seemed to be talking to each other!
Hats off to meher for drilling some sense into heer. Sometimes bade jo baat nahin kahe sakte woh chote apne andaz se humhain sikha dete hain aur bata dete hain. I admired meher today for taking a stand and for showing her sister the light or the way. I really feel like saluting her for telling her sister that she is willing to live in the streets as long as her sister finds her true love. I think deep o down meher has doubted manmeet for long. Remember she was the first person to notice manmeet when her father dismissed her thoughts and views.
Ashlesha comes in just when meher and heer are talking and I have a feeling that she has overheard their talk - the way she said agar tum dono ka emotional drama khatam ho gaya ho, to neeche aa jayo and the way the expressions change thereafter - think ashlesha is going to turn negative sooner than expected.
As hoped for, saraswati kaki does turn up on the day of the mata ki chowki itself and i loved the way dj expressions change to that of fear!. 😆 accha hai, i hope she gets trapped in her own web😉 Btw is it possible that they dont show daljeet chachi for a week. I would love to be treated to ph scenes for a week.
Gayatri and Lalit do the pooja and gayatris predicament is understandable. I mean she does not know of heers feelings for prem right but i guess deep down what she fears is rejection and pain for she knows that prem will not be able to take it. When gayatri prays to god that is ghar ke saarein bacchon main pyar aur rishta ka vishwaas daal to, i just felt nice. It was endearing to see the least and it meant that gayatri does consider heer and meher as her own children.
Saraswati kaki is funny and i just adore her. What was unexplainable though is that she was missing from the pooja. Not only that beeji and saraswati kaki are the elders in the family, so ideally they should have started the pooaja. Prems and Heers expressions are a must watch! Its heer prem and ashlesha standing and manmeet is at a distance. Prem looks at ashlesha and then heer and when manmeet comes, then its heer looking at manmeet and prem, the scene and the situation reflecting the current situation they are in. On one side were the ppl they were going to get married to, and they were standing next to each other, in love yet knowing they cant have each other.
I kind of empathised the situation they were in. Bought back certain memories and feelings of being in love and yet knowing that you cant have that love.Its unexplanable really and has to be felt. Those who have been in love and have lost out on love would probably know what heer and prem are going through right now. The ehsaas, the tazoorba, the jaazbaat - cant really pen down in words.
As predicted, prem and heer do one aarti together - oh wy did ashlesha and manmeet have to hold the thali too. Pren aur heer ko karne dete kya jaata. Oh did any one notice the lovey dovey looks ash was giving prem and manmeet was giving heer. I could actually kill manmeet for that.
prem was looking ummmm handsome, rocking, great, delicious in the white kurta. White really suits him and he should wear more of white clothes. White - its sympbolises purity and purity is what is reflective in heer and prems relationships. Just imagine prem in a white kurta and heerin a white sequinned embroidered saree - creatives ji, aisa ek dream sequence main to dikha do!!
daljeet chachis getting tensed - oh i am loving it. and Prem leaving the pooja in the middle to get a hold of pritho - that was something commendable. Think this is one way of breaking the tradition. Tradition states that pooja ko kabhi beech main chod kar nahin jaana chahiye - ashub manna jata hai.
One way of looking at it, is that he has broken the norms and gone to search for pritho probably because he loves heer enough that he does not want to hurt her and lose her to the wrong guy. If heers wedding will be called off, it will be ashoob in a way right?
The way prem gives those dagger looks to manmeet and the cool confidence and to the point statement - yeh mera phone hai, night duty main kuch problem hogee main sambhal doonga - to the point statement saying baby dont mess with me.
and then the way he goes to pritho house and talks to the riksha wala, yeh manmeet ji ka ghar hai, yahan unki biwi hai...and the confirmation thereafter and the look thereafter and then when he goes to the house. Main kaun hoon yeh zaroori nahin hai. chalo mere saath and he takes her from there and reaches home saying yeh shaadi nahin ho saktee. loud clear abd stating the obvious. Remarkably done👏
Lalit telling manmeet i am waiting for you and heer to get married, phir mere sar se ek bahut bada boj utar jayyega. What boj is he talking about. Is he reeally as heartless as daljeet has portrayed him to be? Does he think that by paying for the wedding, and gettong heer married, he can actually pay for his sin. Oh he is a sinster no doubt. I really cant understand this character because i thought this character had more spine!!Does he think hes in debt as heer has saved his family or is it his underlying guilt of the name heer whereby the girl his son was supposed to get married is supposedly married to some one else and now he just wants to get over that guilt! BTW I thought lalit had named heer heer so logically, he should atleast have this feeling whereby he thinks heer is his friends daughter heer.
Kaki turning up and lalit giving angry looks to daljeet - well thank god and then the focus shifts and lalit forgets all about it. gosh!! I hope he sometimes think of his long gone friend! cmon thats the least he could do!!
All in all an ok episode. The last bit was explosive. Cant wait for tomorrow!!!

What I didnt like:
- Heer not confessing as yet
My Prediction
- Heer is going to making prem run around a bit. Poor guy is going to be a delimna - does she love me, does she not
- veera will enter and support her brothers statement and stand up for him. In a way you can say veera will be the one to open manmeets truth to the world
- kaki will come in just then and see heer and meher and open the can of worms for daljeet. I hope she does for i really want to know the stand lalit will take.
- I think Heers marriage with manmeet with break. daljeet chachi as usual will say ab kaun karega isse shaadi and perem will say main karoonga. That statement would mean breaking all traditions and rituals too.
- heer will be like meri zindagi ka phaisla karne wala aa log kaun hote hai. Upset, she will go away from there. Finally she too will confess - when something happens to prem. Something drastic has to happen to break her/shake her off her denial mode.
