strangely enough, i didn't get that heer was trying to stop prem when he enters. but now that i've seen it 342 times, something clicked and i got it. what did i like?
* prem doesn't even ask permission to come in -- it's like "i need to make meher happy and i don't need permission for that"
* that first moment when heer stops him in his tracks and he looks a bit taken aback. 😆
* heer doesn't look at his face at all, but she has a stubborn mutiny written all over hers!
* the look on prem's face the moment he decides that he's had enough and decides to challenge heer by walking straight at her.
and in return, heer's so startled that she looks straight at him wide-eyed!
* the sheer male peacock air of victory over prem as he stalks away from heer into the room! (i wanted to feel indignant, but what to do? his hair was fluffing up all over the place! 😆)
* the hidden plea in his voice when he asks meher (while looking at heer) to please take the curd, because he loves his brother just as much as she loves her sister.
* the chuckle at the end of prem's "well now there is" after he taps curd on meher's nose.
* and, the most pretty of all, the mischievious teasing in his smile as he leaves.
i never thought i'd find an overhead shot (which this show is full of) interesting, but it was. i've decided i like overhead shots of normal situations -- they are far better than the weird shots that balaji serials usually have, i must say.
