balraj maan and lalit juneja are best friends, lallu goes to london to make money, promising to get his son prem married to ballu's oldest daughter heer...yrs go by, kids are older now but lallu never calls ballu, ballu decides to get heer married to manmeet becuz he loses hope on lallu...heer knows abt her rhista with prem but prem doesnt know! finally when prem finds out he says yes to his bauji...and they come to india to get prem-heer married...by then ballu and teji, his wife die in an accident, daljeet, lallu's younger bro balwant's evil wife wants the property in heer's name and the whole marriage to mm is a scam to get that money...planned by dj and mm, they plan on getting heer married to prashant, mm's crazy twin. dj tells lallu that ballu nd his whole family is dead and hides heer and meher [heer's sis] real identity...
there are cute scenes and prem and heer fall in love even though prem is getting married to ashlesha, dj's daughter, another scam by dj to get the money from prem's name and heer is getting married to mm...prem finds out abt mm's whole plan and then in the end, during his wedding to ash, he leaves the mandap and dj beats heer up, blaming her for this...prem gets thrown out of the house with meher and heer by lallu...and then there's romance and trying to get lallu to accept their love and relationship
everyone is in a masjid when a hurricane comes and heer ends up saving lallu and he knows her real identity aka that she's ballu's daughter and then everyone is happy...dj and her hubby get thrown out, ash was already crazy abt preet [prem's younger bro] and their realtionship starts and then there's the usual drama and more stupid and crazy stuff added...premeer are still not married!! which is making lots of ppl go crazy with anger,,,,rite now they're focusing on sanjana, someone related to prem in the past who's haunting his present and might cause probs btwn premeer...sanjana is dead though but prem says he killed her? haven't seen that part yet...and then there's meher-harman-maya track, harman is also prem's half-bro and maya is harmans lover, but lallu wants him to marry meher and then he's getting help from meher till he can get maya "suitable" for his family...or something like that...and then there's veera, prem's youngest sis and rishab, prem's biggest rival but veera "loves" him and they're getting married and rishab is causing probs there and has dheer [his younger bro] in the juneja house as a spy for him...
