Chapter 8

Prem could not believe his eyes. He obviously did not expect that. He was under impression that some kind of Darrhian device would attack on Daaonn.

However, Prem recovered quickly from the shock and pushed American President on the ground.

Rest of the people was still in shock when Prem was pushing off the American President from North American Telons Companion.

"Take this lunatic president into custody; we will have to integrate him later." Prem gave order to his sub ordinate Telons security personnel.

"Sir, you cannot take President of United States of America that way." White house security personnel protested.

"Yes, we can accord our treaty. Mr. Nathan Calvin tried to kill North American Telon companion and he should be held accountable." Zarron suddenly spoke from behind.

Everybody realized that, Telons would pick up Nathan Calvin.

Heer was also feeling very much shocked after seeing the whole incident. She guessed that something bad would happened but she never thought that the sitting American President Nathan Calvin would stab Daaonn.

Heer knew the president and before today, she thought that the president was a big supporter of Telons. However, it seemed like she missed something about that man.

Heer was also impressed after observing how quickly Prem reacted in the while situation while everyone was shocked. The way he ran towards the incident spot and neutralized further attack from Nathan Calvin was simply praise worthy in Heer's opinion. Heer never thought that a human could have such quick reflex and balance before she met with Prem.

Prem Juneja indeed an extraordinary person. Somehow, he always did something, which was impossible for a normal human being. According to Heer, something was very mysterious about Prem Juneja and that mysterious factor was attracting her towards him.

However, Heer soon realized that, she needed to have a talk with Jonathon Doore or Lalit. Therefore, Heer silently went to a corner of the room to text them.

On the other hand, Prem went to Daaonn. It seemed like Daaonn was trying to say something to him.

"Daaonn please don't talk now, you need to preserve your energy, and we will soon take you to Telons medical facility, which will make you healthy again." Prem told Daaonn.

"Major Juneja, please don't try to lie in front of me. I cannot understand that, I am in very critical position and there is 60% chance that I will not survive this attack. Major Juneja, I don't have enough time, Please touch the president on his shoulder." Daaonn told Prem.

"Why we should touch the president on his shoulder?" Prem asked him.

"You asked a lot of questions Major Juneja. However, some answers cannot be explained easily. You will find your answer when you will do that. Now, Major Juneja this may be last few moments of my life, so I have a personal request for you. Take this and give it to my son. I hope that will make him see things in new perspective. "Daaonn gave a small pouch to Prem.

Soon Telons Medical team arrived at the spot and took Daaonn away.

Prem was thinking about what Daaonn said to him. Why he should touch the president on his shoulder?

Prem also did not understand what the significance of that pouch was and obviously he did not know who was the son of Daaonn.

Prem looked closely at that pouch and saw there was something written on that pouch. Prem decided that he would look after that later.

Prem also observed that, Heer was very busy in texting. Prem realized that, Heer was contacting with central resistance movement 's leadership. The resistance movement would also be shocked like others after seeing all of that. The resistance movement might also fear that, the government would target them though they had nothing to do with that incident.

Heer also observed that, Prem were rushing to room where the US President kept by security personnel for integration. Yes, she was curious to know about the result of that integration. However, she realized that, she did not win enough trust of Prem and therefore she could not expect Prem to share anything with her.

Heer decided that she needed a talk with other local resistance head to discuss about their future action.

Prem after entering the room saw the president was handcuffed and he was sitting on the chair. Two FBI agents were also standing near of the president and three cops were present in the room.

The president was expressionless. It seemed like he had no feelings.

"Did president say something agent Johnson?" Prem asked FBI agent.

"No, Major Juneja, we are trying but the president is not co operating. He was not responding to anything. It seemed like he has become a living zombie." The FBI agents remarked.

"Interesting, I thought president would say something and tried to justify his action." Prem moved near to President while saying that.

After reaching near of him, Prem did not waste any moments and touched both shoulders of the president.

Resistance movement Washington D.C. hq

Heer arrived here to discuss about their future action.

"I did not expect you here Ms. Maan." Auger commented after seeing Heer there.

"If you can come to this office Mr. Carson, so can I, where is Ms. Verma? " Heer asked Auger.

"She will come after two days and I am in charge of this branch for those two days."Auger commented.

"It seems like there is an alliance between D.C and Baltimore branch of Resistance movement against New York branch. Mr. Carson our goal is same but nowadays I am feeling that your branch was hiding something big from rest of us. You people are working separately. "Heer commented.

"Every branch has autonomy to adopt its own mechanism. Our goal may be same but we may see things differently. "Auger replied back to Heer.

"But, I hope you will help me with information, if I need." Heer told Auger.

"Sure, Ms.Maan. I will always help you in that regards." Auger replied.

"Do you know anything significant about today's incident? Heer asked Auger.

"I am also very shocked like you after seeing the whole thing on TV." Auger remarked.

Heer realized that there was slight hesitation in Auger's voice. Heer was sure that, Auger was hiding something big from her.

Heer also observed that, Auger was quickly texting someone. Heer found that behavior from Auger very suspicious.

Heer also realized that, Auger would not confess anything about it.

"Where is your washroom?" Heer asked him.

"Go straight then turn left, you will find it." Auger told her in a cautious tone.

Auger also started to suspect that, Heer was planning something.

Heer also observed the change of tune in Auger. She realized that, Auger was starting to suspect her. However, Heer had a secret weapon in her hand.

As the coordinator of Telons Human joint project she had access to various newly developed improved technical devices which were inspired by Telons technology.

Recently Doore International had developed a new kind of bug, which would help to monitor a place even if you were living 100 km away from. The Telons did not make any official statement about it yet as they were egar to do few more experiments with that device.

Heer took two three such devices from the facility when she thought that these devices might be proven helpful in her works.

She was now thinking how to plant a bug inside of that office. Heer had confidence that, once the bug had planted inside it would not be found easily by outsiders. No detecting device had the ability to detect that bug.

Heer cautiously took that device in her hand, the device was very small which was 1/3 of normal bug and the color of it was white. Heer slowly put her hand on the wall and slowly the device was planted on the wall.

Heer then went to washroom and threw water in her face.

"I will solve all the mysteries one by one it is my promise to myself.She told herself.
